Want to get fit or get fitter? Then leap into spring with fitness sessions that cater for people of all levels of fitness, from those that need motivation in the right direction to those that love the habit of being fit and healthy. Come and join FitHabitz, led by the 2008 ACT Fitness Professional of the Year Jane Zeller, as we present our 2010 Spring Fit Challenge – a 6-week outdoor fitness challenge (indoor option available) that will develop your:

Fitness Levels

1 Strong Physically active several times a week
2 Intermediate Starting or already participating in physical activity two-three times a week
3 New Currently not participating in any regular physical activity
